What We Do
EcoHouse specialises in the social housing and serviced offices sector and is one of the world’s fastest growing and most dynamic real estate groups.
Since the company was launched in 2009 by founder and CEO Anthony Armstrong Emery, it has enjoyed strong growth coupled with excellent investor returns. Today, EcoHouse Group employs around 1,000 people, in eight countries and in 2013 it is expected to generate revenues of more than £250million ($400million).
EcoHouse’s low-cost community homes and the Office brand of serviced offices are both financed through private investors who receive short-term returns of up to 20% a year. Investors’ money is securely held in an escrow facility account. The company headquarters are in Natal, Brazil. EcoHouse also has offices in London (UK), Toronto (Canada), Singapore and Malaysia (SE Asia) and Dubai (UAE Middle East).
The Brazilian government has chosen EcoHouse as the only UK company to date officially authorised to build developments under its Minha Casa, Minha Vida social housing programme. EcoHouse owns the land. The company is fully registered with the Brazilian government, have all building permits in place. EcoHouse’s development choices are driven by the booming Brazilian economy and the growing need for both high-quality, low-cost housing and business accommodation in the heart of the city.
